In Japanese language “Shigure” means an intermittent shower or some might call it Autumn Shower. Shigureni is so named because it’s a quick stew.
Perfect as a simple lunch/dinner with a bowl of steamed rice and salad!

– Keep frozen at -18°C or below
– Defrost in the chiller prior to serving. Do not re-freeze if the product has been thawed.

Instructions:
• Submerge the pack in a pot of simmering water.
• Heat for 10-15min.
• Remove bag carefully with tongs – it’s hot!
• Slice open bag and serve immediately.
