Seafood Chowder | Chunky and Creamy | Gourmet Soup Recipe

HiFresh‘s Top Chef – Phil Horne likes to share with you all about our easily make of top fresh seafood ingredients.

This Creamy Seafood Chowder recipe is filled with tilapia, squid rings, prawns, and clams to satisfy your seafood craving! When you give this amazing seafood a try I know it will be one of your comfort foods!

INGREDIENTS:

1 tbsp vegetable oil
140g sliced shallots
100g streaky bacon, chopped or 85g chorizo sausage
1 tbsp plain flour
500ml fish stock
225g new potato, halved
100g sliced leeks
pinch cayenne pepper
300ml milk
200g fish
4 tbsp single cream
120g prawn tail meat
200g clam meat
150g squid rings
70g mussel meat
small bunch parsley, chopped
crusty bread, to serve
