Garlic Brown Sugar Lamb Ribs | Popular Entree

Hi Fresh‘s Top Chef – Phil Horne likes to share with you all about our easily make of top fresh ingredients – lamb ribs!

Impress your friends and family with this juicy Garlic Brown Sugar Lamb Ribs, they are perfectly tender, flavourful and ready in less than 1 hour.

Serve it with some potatoes, some corn casserole or corn on the cob, pretty much serve it with anything!

INGREDIENTS:

1 lamb rib rack cut into 3
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp rosemary
1⁄2 cup chicken stock
Salt and pepper to season
To garnish Rosemary
