Popular Entree | Salt and Pepper Cuttlefish With Kimchi Vinaigrette

Get your beer ready for this super delicious Salt and Pepper Cuttlefish – one of the most popular entree on Phil’s menu! It is deceptively simple to make, and so good that it is sure to convert anyone who doesn’t like cuttlefish into loving it!

INGREDIENTS:

Cuttlefish
Salt and pepper seasoning
5 tbsp Cornstarch
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1tsp crack black pepper
1 tsp salt flaky
Kimchi vinaigrette
250g kimchi
5g chilli paste
10g garlic
30ml rice wine vinegar
350ml vegetable oil
100ml sesame oil
25ml fish sauce
20g caster sugar
60g onion
5g coriander

To garnish
Coriander
Spring onion
Fresh red chilli
