Slow Cooked New Zealand Wagyu Topside with Red Wine Sauce | Gourmet Recipe

Today we going to share with you the hearty winter meal – Slow Cooked Wagyu Beef Topside with Red Wine Sauce.

This slow cooked wagyu beef topside with homestyle gravy is sure to impress the family and friends!

INGREDIENTS:

400g wagyu beef topside
1⁄4 tsp dijon mustard
1⁄2 tsp rosemary
10g dried porcini mushrooms

1 tbsp olive oil
1 carrot
1 brown onion
1 stick celery
1⁄2 tbsp tomato paste

50ml red wine
1⁄2 tbsp cornflour to thicken
